Well I can honestly say I tried to be vegan at least for a little while. I snapped today and had some chicken. While I still am cutting out beef, pork, and dairy, I will be adding back into my diet fish, eggs, and chicken. Still am sticking to no fast food for a year. All of the other resolutions are still intact. I was slightly disappointed in myself however the overall goal is still the same and in the end I just did a cleanse! YAY! I suppose I'm choosing to see this in a positive light no matter what. This is how I'm attacking my weight loss. Count my calories precisely logging everything I'm eating and/or drinking. The goal is somewhere between 1200-1500 per day. Do 45 minutes of zumba each day, pilates every other day on top of zumba, and WALKS EVERY SINGLE DAY.
Alayna and I went to the park today and we did sidewalk chalk outside our house! She loved it!

Do you have a smart phone Tarynn? If you do, try to get the free app called Calorific. It's an awesome way to make good food choices (without tracking calories - I did that for months - makes you crazy after a while) After a while, you don't even need the app anymore, it just comes natural. (I still see food as green, yellow, and red lol - you'll know what I mean when you get it. I lost a ton of weight with it, and I've tried them all! Good luck to you :-)
ReplyDeleteYes I do :-) I have the myfitnesspal app already however I will give the app you recommended a try. Thank you :-)
