I'm pregnant!?!

So I've debated on posting this until my second trimester. But I have some worries naturally, as any mother in the first trimester whom has had a miscarriage previously. It all started on March 6th,  took a pregnancy test first thing in the morning I thought I had taken it incorrectly so I took a second. Convinced it was a blue dye error, shrugged,  and went to get some first response tests the next morning, took one and I got a super faint positive the day my period was due. Wasn't feeling too optimistic because by this point in my pregnancy with my daughter I had a very bright positive.  The next day I took another, darker, same thing the following day as well.

Then this past Sunday worried about cramping on my ovary I went in to get checked out blood work was done revealing my levels to be at 328. Normal early pregnancy, they couldn't see anything on the ultrasound which was to be expected.
